We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator in our Oak Brook, Illinois office to support firm-wide marketing efforts. The marketing coordinator should be interested in hands-on learning about all facets of marketing in a fast-paced, creative and dynamic environment. This role is responsible for various marketing production tasks to assist in developing and producing proposals and marketing materials that support the firm’s brand message and standards.
Responsibilities
- Supports Regional Marketing Manager(s) in the development and production of proposals and qualification documents
- Ensures all collateral materials are updated and comply with current corporate branding and graphic standards. Participates in the development of new materials
- Maintains all marketing and business development supplies (printed brochures, stationery, tabs, front and back covers, binding materials, etc.)
- Assists in the development and maintenance of the marketing and proposal database including opportunities, project descriptions, and resumes in the firm’s CRM system
- Supports Events Coordinator to ensure conference/trade show materials are organized and packed/delivered to conference sites
- Update and classify digital assets in digital asset management software (OpenAsset)
Skills & Credentials
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related area
- 2+ years of experience in the A/E/C industry
- Software proficiency:
- Advanced proficiency in InDesign (candidates will be tested before hire).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
- Familiarity with CRM applications (Deltek Vision) and Open Asset is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are required, along with strong grammar, spelling, composition, and proofreading abilities
- Highly organized and detail-oriented; ability to multitask
