Required Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute project plans, including defining project goals, timelines, and resource allocation. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders, including engineers, designers, quality assurance professionals, regulatory affairs specialists, and manufacturing personnel. Foster effective communication and collaboration to drive project success.
- Ensure projects adhere to relevant regulatory requirements, such as ISO standards and appropriated FDA guidelines. Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify and manage project risks, develop risk mitigation strategies, and implement corrective actions as needed. Monitor project progress, identify deviations, and proactively address issues to keep projects on track.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and change control records. Prepare reports for stakeholders and management to provide project updates and ensure transparency.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in the medical manufacturing field. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and seek opportunities to enhance project management processes.
Additional Skills/Knowledge:
- Previous experience in project management, preferably in the medical manufacturing industry or a related field, is required. Experience with medical device development, manufacturing processes, and regulatory compliance is highly valued.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques. Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards in the medical manufacturing industry, such as ISO 13485 and FDA guidelines.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills are essential for effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. The ability to influence and drive project execution is crucial.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Attention to detail and the ability to handle complex project requirements are important.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address project-related challenges. The ability to make informed decisions and adapt to changing project needs is critical.
