We are hiring for our Bake Off, Patissier and Lamination Teams!!
Duties and Responsibilities (not limited to):
· Arrive to work on time for scheduled shift
· Follow all company policies and procedures for proper Food Safety
· Frequently wash hands and change gloves
· Follows proper shaping techniques. Has an understanding of how to handle croissant dough, following time and temperature guidelines.
· Completes tasks in a timely manner- able to keep up with production flow and quantity demands
· Monitor product levels of items you are directly responsible for producing, inventory of products, daily order set up for bake off
· Managing the flow of product in and out of the walk-ins and freezers, following FIFO
· Quality control
· Keeps work station clean and organized during entire working shift
· Communication with Culinary Director on items that are low or do not meet company standards
Conditions: Required to work weekends and Holidays. Must be able to lift 50 lb and stand for extended periods of time (8 hours). Ability to deal effectively and patiently with others. Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions. Must be very responsible and have excellent communication skills with a positive attitude and professional appearance.
