Culinary Coordinator
Ø Lead and coordinate all K71 customer visits, training classes and DSM meetings in Kitchen 71. Liaison between K71, clients, sales force & Driscoll Foods.
Ø Photograph customer display plates, provide proper item codes and work with chefs and marketing team so they can produce “Customer Visit Catalogs”.
Ø Using Telnet, assist the chefs in generating a list of items and codes shown or spoken about during customer visit. Once completed send to marketing.
Ø Coordinate with chefs on producing weekly Kitchen 71 Triumphs including pictures & verbiage, Involve marketing if necessary.
Ø Make follow up calls to salesperson and DSM prior to customer visits
Ø Work with DCO, chefs and marketing team to organize specific segment V.I.P. shows.
Ø Work with chefs, purchasing/buyers to promote slow moving items as well as unique and profitable items.
Ø Work with category manager of E&S and Non-Foods departments, to promote new and innovative products.
Ø Contact appropriate vendors/manufactures for P.O.S. of requested items from the chefs. Set up quarterly Kitchen 71 meetings to review new items and sample requests. Use this time to address any issues or concerns and relay information to customer.
Ø Coordinate & oversee set up/breakdown of sales meetings, birthday lunches, food shows, after-hour company events and monthly training videos/classes.
Ø Work with marketing and chefs on Instagram & You Tube videos (Live Stream).
Ø Email or call customers prior to the visit to inform them on the V.I.P. parking and no open toe shoes policy.
Ø Utilizing culinarycenter@driscollfoods.com follow up with customer regarding their experience at Kitchen 71.

· Starting salary of $50,000 - $60,000 per year based upon experience
