Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for managing order fulfillment processes?
Join us as an Order Fulfillment Associate and play a crucial role in ensuring our products’ timely and accurate delivery.
Utilize your expertise in order processing, inventory management, and UPS shipping software to streamline our fulfillment operations. From picking/packing, shipping and verifying orders to coordinating with the warehouse team and tracking shipments, your skills will improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
In this role, you will:
· Pulling and Packing Orders: Accurately and efficiently retrieve products from designated storage areas following order specifications.
· Safely package orders, ensuring that items are securely wrapped and protected to prevent damage during transit.
· Stocking shelves: Restock shelves and storage areas, ensuring proper organization and efficient space utilization.
· Monitor stock levels and proactively communicate with the Inventory Control Supervisor to ensure product availability.
· Staging Product for Pickups: Prepare packages for daily pickup by assembling and organizing orders in designated staging areas. Ensure that all necessary documentation, such as invoices or packing slips, are included with each order.
· Coordinate with Warehouse Supervisor to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any shipping issues.
· Communicate with Warehouse Supervisor to provide order status updates, address inquiries.
· Identify opportunities for process improvement and collaborate with warehouse management team to implement enhancements.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for order fulfillment and customer service.

Essential skills and qualifications:
· Previous experience in order fulfillment, warehousing, or related field is preferred.
· Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
· Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems. (SAP and UPS WorldShip experience is a plus)
· Physical stamina to perform manual tasks, including lifting and carrying packages up to 50 pounds.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
