We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and administrative support.
Duties:
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Perform clerical duties such as typing, filing, and data entry
- Maintain office supplies inventory
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable
Qualifications:
- Proficient in phone etiquette and customer service principles
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures
- Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office applications
- Ability to transcribe information accurately
- Experience in office management is a plus
