Customer Service Representative
We are looking to add new members to our customer service team to support customers by providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to issues. CSR is the front line of support for our customers and they help ensure that customers are satisfied with our products and shopping experiences.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Answer Calls in our Call Center
- Responding to Emails and Chat
- Acknowledging and resolving customer's issues.
- Processing orders, exchanges, updates and returns.
- Providing feedback to management of customer experience
- Most Importantly make sure our customers are satisfied
- outgoing and positive attitude
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
- High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
- Minimum typing speed of 35 wpm.
- A good understanding of Fashion (ie Sizing, Colors)
- Microsoft, Internet & Quick learning of Internal systems
- Experience working with customer support (Preferred).
Job Types: Temporary, Seasonal
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
