Our Risk Management Services Division has a full-time opening for a Customer Service Representative. The role of the Customer Service Representative is to provide exceptional membership services support to the division. This position also coordinates and supports monthly reporting, claims, and risk services projects, as well as provides Administrative support.
Duties:

STUDENT ACCIDENT ENROLLMENT:
Properly service all SAP accounts within 24-hours of notification or request received from member or vendor. Ensure rates are updated as needed on the website and registration/self-billing invoice forms prior to sending to schools. Verify the accuracy of registrations and contributions received. i.e. plan choice, student counts, and contribution submitted. Follow-up in a timely manner on held payments and/or registrations. Submit all accurate checks/payments to finance department by the end of the day on the date received. Create electronic documents for each enrolled school, i.e. plan document, injury forms, and registration forms. Review documents for accuracy. Once accurate payment has been received, email all documents within 3 days of receipt of accurate payment. Quality standard is 97% on all documents. Work with the finance department providing monthly information needed to ensure records balance.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT FOR DIVISIONAL REPORTING:
Publish monthly 5 Year Masterbuild Claim Report for internal staff use, verify recovery dollars in the GB System, follow up with GB as needed for corrections. Create monthly SAP claims loss ratio by school reports from reports received from A-G Administrators, verifying data with the EGBAR system, and posting. Provide division management with accurate student accident claim, loss ratio and work comp annual ratio information as requested. Create weekly/monthly divisional reports, SAP reports, and new loss history for Director of Underwriting Quality standard for completed assignments is 97%.

PROJECTS/OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure special projects are completed within deadlines and with accuracy. Properly maintain manuals and procedures as needed. Assume the responsibility of project leader, provide oversight to the project, and assist appropriately. As needed, support the business systems coordinator and quality review postings and scanning projects. Other duties as assigned to support the administrative and customer service functions.

MEMBERSHIP SUPPORT:
In the absence of a senior admin assistant, review the Risk Workload and complete the reports submitted by the risk consultants from their member visits within two business days once all the information is received. Includes converting to pdf and ensuring correct location information and sending reports to the members. When needed, complete follow-up on items related to the visit including physical hazard reports, boiler and elevator inspections and send any information needed as requested. Accurately apply credits for various member training programs using established guidelines. Mail the POINT output, for print only accounts, showing the exact credit. Track credits applied to members in spreadsheet and ensure proper amounts are given.

WEB REGISTRATION:
When notified via email by the account manager of a change in the member’s main contact and/or new associate needing access, initiate a contact within 24 hours of notification to register them for the web. Complete all changes and entries in the POINT system according to the procedures. Share responsibility with member’s online requests as needed.

5 years' experience in customer service and administrative support required.

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe.
