Job Description:
As a seasoned Bartender at our prestigious establishment, you will be entrusted with the art of professionally mixing and serving beverages to our esteemed guests and members. Your role is pivotal in maintaining the highest standards of beverage service, ensuring that every drink served is a testament to our commitment to excellence. You will diligently monitor and report any discrepancies in pricing and recipes, contributing to the integrity of our beverage offerings. Additionally, you will conduct monthly inventories and oversee the ordering process to maintain optimal stock levels, all while strictly adhering to our company and departmental policies and procedures.
Other Requirements:
- Maintain restaurant liquor, beer, and wine stock; ensure an accurate wine list and inventory.
- Educate staff on new products and cocktails; provide cost analysis for new cocktails.
- Ensure quality by maintaining accurate pours and holding staff accountable for Sea Island Beverage & Service Standards.
- Communicate with management regarding bar staff issues and order supplies accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the bar, prepare garnishes, and mix beverages professionally.
- Assist service staff with drink presentation and manage all liquor for beverage functions.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and maintaining knowledge of current guest services and local attractions.
- Uphold company standards and policies, report any issues to supervisor immediately.
- Attend all scheduled employee meetings and execute other duties as delegated by leadership.
- Maintain physical ability to perform tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, and comply with Company Resort Professional Image Policy.
