About Us
Join us in one of the fastest-growing fields in healthcare. The need for compassionate people, with a desire to make a positive impact is higher than ever. At Indiana Behavior Analysis Academy (IBAA) we’ve made it our mission to provide quality services to children and teens with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) who we have the privilege of assisting.
We are seeking motivated, enthusiastic individuals to join our team at our Intermediate Learning Center where we serve youth ages 6 to 18 years of age. Applicants could expect a typical day to include working 1:1 with learners presenting program targets, recording data, prompting daily living skills, and engaging with clients during their reinforcement breaks.
IBAA recognizes the need and responsibility of the organization to maintain a robust training program, competitive wages, benefits, and a work environment that stimulates personal and professional growth. We offer health and life insurance, paid time off, holiday pay, retirement fund matching, retention bonuses, and more. Your success is our success. We are supportive of all individuals and strive for a diverse work culture by being an equal opportunity employer. IBAA takes pride in our training and supervision system. You’ll work closely with our Training Coordinator and talented management team. You’ll be matched with an experienced therapist and taught all of the skills you’ll need to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
Interested in advancing your skills and moving up within the company? We love to promote from within IBAA. For those with aspirations of advancement, we work closely with you to gain the knowledge and skills needed to be considered for positions you desire. If you consider yourself a natural mentor, teacher, coach, or simply want to make a difference, then come join the IBAA family today!
