Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in legal environments and possess strong administrative skills.
Duties:
- Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
- Perform administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Assist with tasks in MS Teams / MS Office environment
- Conduct research using tools like Lexis-Nexis other online tool
- Maintain office organization and efficiency
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
Experience:
- Prior experience in an administrative role, preferably in a legal setting
- Familiarity with legal case management software such as iManage or PCLaw
