- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars

- Assist with order entry and inventory management

```Experience```
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of office equipment such as printers, scanners, and phone systems
- Familiarity with Microsoft for email, calendar management, and document creation/editing
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility is a plus
