The Line Operator Level I will be expected to operate and maintain performance of various front end production equipment while meeting company safety, quality, standard operating procedures (SOP), HACCP and good manufacturing practices (GMP) guidelines.

- Demonstrates proficiency in assembly, set up, and disassembly of line equipment
- Exhibits knowledge of equipment function and operation
- Maintains production equipment before, during, and after operation
- Continuously monitors proper operation of equipment and quality of the product
- Complies with company safety, quality, standard operating procedures (SOP), HACCP and good manufacturing practices (GMP) guidelines
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 6 to 12 months Line Operator Apprentice position required
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Able to repetitively lift 50 pounds
Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of tools
- Some computer knowledge
- Demonstrates a high level of precision, accuracy and alertness
- Good decision making skills
- Able to use dolly
- Certified to use manual or electric pallet jack
