We are seeking a dispatcher / Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service support and assist in transportation management systems.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer and vendors inquiries promptly and professionally
- Process orders accurately and efficiently into the system
- Coordinate with transportation management systems for timely delivery of goods
- Provide support in transportation planning and logistics
- Resolve customer complaints or issues with tact and diplomacy
- Perform data entry tasks accurately
Requirements:
- Excellent phone etiquette skills with a customer
- Proficiency in data entry and using transportation management systems
- Knowledge of transportation planning principles
