We are a dynamic growing private practice seeking a dedicated full-time or part-time Occupational Therapist to join our clinical team.
We have opportunities to work in-office, virtually, hybrid ( office and telehealth), and/or on-site at various schools in Monterey County. We serve a diverse population which allows us to cater to our clinicians clinical strengths and interests.
We offer wonderful support during the onboarding process, and provide paid training.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments to determine individual needs and develop personalized treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic activities and exercises to improve patients' physical and mental well-being
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Provide education to patients and their families on techniques for continued improvement
- Utilize medical terminology effectively in documentation and communication and follow local and state regulations for medical documentation
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist in California
- Experience in pediatrics and early intervention, sensory integration, and/or adult and geriatric populations is a plus! Certifications are a plus, too!
- Knowledge of physiology and case management practices
- Strong patient service and care skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Pay: $46.46 - $55.95 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
