Job Description:
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be part of a sales team organized around a key strategic market: Healthcare Technologies. OSP Labs is looking for a high-energy individual to grow our business by selling Healthcare technical services, including but not limited to software engineering, product development, process automation, and enterprise healthcare solutions.
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you’ll fill a key role in acquiring new Healthcare customers and creating raving fans. Being a champion of the entire sales process from start to finish, you will use your creative prospecting skills to strategically pursue net new business. Working through complex deals, your insatiable curiosity makes you a thought leader, and your drive to succeed keeps you at the top of the leaderboard. Responsibilities and Duties
Results-oriented sales professional with experience in closing net new logos/businesses in the following healthcare vertical
Clearly articulate and demonstrate our OSP value proposition, creating excitement and enthusiasm among prospects
Regularly iterate messaging that will scale our outbound prospecting engine
Identifying pain points in business to generate new prospects
Meeting prospect leads in the Healthcare Industry with your different efforts
Execution of technical Healthcare sales strategies to move targeted prospects to active opportunities while positioning OSP Labs as the preferred solution provider for decision-makers of targeted Healthcare companies
Understand and communicate client expectations effectively; gain technical and other support as necessary to exceed customer requirements and expectations
Protect the organization's value by keeping the information confidential
Presentation skills required to communicate values to our clients properly
Mandatory Skills
Solution domain experience in selling Healthcare Technology Market
Strong experience in Consultative selling in the US Healthcare market
Experience in developing business and nurturing relationships within the accounts
Broad understanding of technologies/skills
Experience in Business Development, Contract negotiation, and making effective presentations
Solution mindset is essential
Presence to interact with CEO / CXO client executives is essential
India offshore experience in the healthcare industry is required
