We are looking for a patient facing Patient Coordinator with a proven track record of success for our growing female hair loss practice. Due to the sensitive nature of our practice and the emotional toll that it has on our patients, this position would require someone who is compassionate, warm, friendly, positive, and professional. The ideal candidate will bring confidence, and a proactive yet tactful personality, credibility and high integrity. A strong work ethic is a must. The candidate must excel in building relationships and creating lifetime partnerships with patients and thrive in a high-energy environment. This candidate must be able to go to both our Scarsdale and New York City locations. Experience in the aesthetics industry a plus. The position would be 4-5 days per week. The Patient Coordinator is responsible for:
- Educating patients and potential patients on our services, and laying out a treatment plan with them that is highly customized to assist them in looking, feeling and being their best
- Selling the value of our services to our patients when they visit our practice during their consultations and treatments
- Following up with previous patients to continue to cultivate a relationship with them and renew their interest in a potential partnership with Medi Tresse
- Creating lasting relationships with patients where they are excited to share with others about their experience with Medi Tresse
- Grow existing client base through client re-engagement and networking
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Provide support to providers before, during, and after treatments, including helping to turn over rooms or be an additional set of hands during treatments

- Extensive and successful commitment to exceeding customer expectations
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be a self-starter and highly motivated
- Comfortable being in room during treatments (not afraid to see needles or blood)
- Aesthetics industry experience preferred
- Esthetician license a plus
- Experience in luxury retail, or luxury hospitality a plus.
- Must be presentable, well spoken, responsible, and part of a team.
- Exceptional time management and hospitality skills

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
