Front Desk Manager
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the facility and services
- Manage phone systems, including answering calls, taking messages, and transferring calls to appropriate departments
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and well-maintained
- Assist with guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Train and supervise front desk staff to ensure excellent customer service
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in using computer systems, including reservation software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of emergency response procedures (ER)
- Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and calmness
