WHILE EACH DAY IS DIFFERENT, YOU CAN EXPECT TO:
● Interact with customers to create a welcoming and respectful environment
● Use technology to communicate with customers, set appointments, and collect payment
● Ensure quality and integrity of work done with garment inspections
● Conduct fitting appointments, advise customers and pin garments for best fit
● Maintain a clean, organized workspace
● Work with others in a cheerful atmosphere
● Receive and send out online orders
● Communicate with customers in a professional manner in person, via telephone, Zoom, email
● Document online orders using photography and CRM software on the way in and out
REQUIREMENTS TO SUCCEED:
● Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
● Excellent communication skills
● Attention to detail is a must
● The ability to bend/kneel/crouch to pin garments for alterations
● The desire to be the best version of yourself every day
● Deep understanding of garment construction for quality alteration execution
● Ability to differentiate between different types of fabric and how they affect garment construction
● Hand sewing skills for minor repairs, sewing buttons, and seam ripping
● Knowledge of CRM and project management software: Asana and HubSpot
● Understand the scope of alterations ordered online and be able to communicate customer needs clearly to the sewing team
JOB TYPE: Part time
PAY RANGE: $14 - $17, based on experience and skill level
