Senior Level Mechanical Engineer for an Architecture and Engineering firm.
**5+ years experience REQUIRED**

POSITION OVERVIEW:
- Perform engineering design evaluations and lead project engineering design, specific to Mechanical and Plumbing Engineering
- Have thorough knowledge of the applicable Building, Mechanical, and Plumbing Codes
- Have ability to design mechanical systems, energy modeling analysis, energy code compliance calculations
- Prepare engineering analysis of projects, to include: preliminary design, budget analysis, calculations, life cycle costs, and equipment selection
- Prepare drawings and layouts; proficient in Revit and/or AutoCAD
- Prepare technical construction specifications
- Coordinate with other disciplines with both in house and outside consultants
- Performs field observations as part of the construction quality assurance process
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- 4-year engineering degree from an accredited institution.
- Professional Engineer (PE) License
- High level of written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Proficient computer skills in Revit, AutoCAD
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, etc.)

- Computer Skills: Microsoft Windows environment, Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, Teams, AutoCAD, Revit, HVAC Loads & Energy Modeling.
- Required Certifications: BS Mechanical Engineering or BS Architectural Engineering with Mechanical emphasis, PE License.
