Hours: 8:30-5PM Monday through Friday
Duties:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, and email
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Assist customers with product information and pricing
- Warm calling to follow up with potential leads and provide additional information about products or services
- Analyze customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvement to the management team
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly
