Dental Assistant Lead

Duties:
- Lead and supervise the clinical team to ensure smooth operations and optimal patient care
- Oversee patient care, treatment planning, and coordination of dental procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment following infection control protocols
- Assist Dr. Steinberg during procedures and provide chairside support as needed
- Train new clinical staff on proper techniques, protocols, and software systems
- Monitor inventory levels of dental supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock
- Collaborate with the administrative team to streamline patient flow and enhance overall patient experience
Experience:
- Proficiency in Softdent software systems and Xray Certification
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology and dentistry
- Experience in dental assisting with a focus on implants and full mouth reconstruction utilizing all prosthetics
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Understanding of anatomy relevant to dental procedures

Pay: $20.24 - $24.38 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
