Overview:
Ecommerce is a small but growing part of the Restaurant Depot business. Customers can order equipment and supplies online and have them delivered directly to their business. The ecommerce team handles the full customer experience, including creating and managing the website, marketing to customers, taking customer orders and providing customer support. While each team member has a focus, they are also expected to jump in to help solve any issues that arise and ensure that the customer is satisfied.
Responsibilities include:

Provide customer support, via telephone, email and online chat

Track customer orders by communicating with suppliers and logging information into the database

Check competitor prices on items to help determine our selling price
Requirements:

Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

Attention to detail

Experience with Excel

Work collaboratively with team members

Ability to speak/write multiple languages is a plus
Education, Experience and Skills Required:

High School Diploma or GED, OR

Any appropriate combination of education and experience
