Hello!
We are looking for an outgoing and organized salon receptionist to provide customer and administrative support for our business! In this position, you will be required to greet and welcome clients, manage online and phone appointments, handle our stylist's bookings, answer customer inquiries, process transactions, and daily cleaning tasks to ensure a clean and professional environment.

SCHEDULE:
This position offers a schedule of starting 16-24 hours per week, consisting of 8-hour shifts per week from the store opening to closing. Preferably looking for candidates who are available during the weekdays and occasional weekends when needed! The specific days and hours will be determined upon hiring and will remain consistent on a weekly basis.
FLEXIBILITIY: We understand the importance of flexibility and work-life balance! Our receptionist will have the opportunity to trade shifts, work half-days when needed, and occasionally adjust their scheduled days, subject to managerial approval.
NOTE: While the standard schedule for this position is 3 days a week, there may be rare occurrences where the receptionist will be needed to work 4-5 days for the week. These instances will be communicated in advanced.
We are looking for receptionists who possess:
- Customer Service Skills: Warmly greet and assist clients, ensuring a positive experience.
- Communication Skills: Effectively interact with clients, staff, and management, both verbally and in writing.
- Organizational Skills: Efficiently manage appointments and maintain a tidy reception area.
- Multitasking Abilities: Handle multiple tasks such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and processing payments simultaneously.
- Computer Proficiency: Use salon booking systems and basic software for administrative tasks.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: Quickly adjust to changing schedules and client needs in order for the schedule to operate smoothly.
- Professionalism: Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in scheduling, client information and payments.
