Do you have direct experience with dental clinics? Are you passionate about dental and health care in a rural area? HCC Network is an innovative Federally Qualified Health Center looking for a patient advocate to function as the receptionist for all clinic services and visitors. These services may include, but not limited by, patient registration, making appointment and billing calls; managing and sorting all incoming faxes, coordinate appointments for patients and dental practitioners. It entails setting up exams for patients and handling customer service inquiries, as well as ensuring that there is enough time for dentists to complete examinations and procedures before the next appointment. Although their primary duty is to manage patients’ schedules, their job description entails performing other tasks to support smooth operations in the organization. They are expected to apply their knowledge in providing accurate and detailed information to patients with respect to test preparations and guide them on the time scheduled for their arrival or other directional information needed.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
