The ideal candidate for this position will have a desire to work in a fast-paced environment with constant deadlines and should have a minimum of 2 years of experience as an administrative assistant and dental insurance coordinator. This position requires excellent communication skills and prior experience with insurance verification, financial payment plans to patients. The ideal candidate has to be familiar with care credit and be organized and multi tasking.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the schedule is productive.
- Verify insurance and benefits.
- Collect money from patient.
- Make appointments.
- Answer the phone.
- Post payment in the system.
- Print and send invoices for pending balances.
- Assist customers with insurance policies.
- Deal with paperwork required for work.

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
