```Duties```
- Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently
- Review and interpret physician orders for appropriate medication therapy
- Provide drug information and counseling to patients and healthcare professionals
- Monitor patient medication therapy for safety and efficacy
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient care
- Maintain accurate patient medication profiles and records
- Ensure compliance with all pharmacy laws, regulations, and standards
```Skills```
- Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology
- Proficient in utilizing aseptic technique in sterile compounding
- Ability to assess patient needs and provide appropriate pharmaceutical care
- Experience working in a hospital or emergency room setting preferred
- Completion of a pharmacy residency program is desirable
- Familiarity with utilization management principles and practices
- Knowledge of ICU medication management protocols
