Summary: The Quality Inspection of SE Guitars including set-up, electronics and finish & preparing the guitars for shipment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities’ of the Quality Inspector: (include and other duties may be assigned)
- Employee can inspect approximately 20 guitar per day
- Employee is able to correct set-up and electronics problems
- Employee can inspect and identify finish problems
- Able to pay close attention to detail
- Able to uphold a high level of quality
- Able to sit or stand for long periods of time
- Ability to work unsupervised and follow instructions independently
- Able to lift 70 pounds
- Close vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus
- Regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts; fumes or airborne particles and vibration
Qualifications/Experience of the Quality Inspector: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty to an above satisfactorily level.
- Knowledge of guitar electronics and setup
- Knowledge of PRS SE Models and options a plus
- Ability to play guitar is REQUIRED
- Have excellent attendance
- Self-motivated
- Attention to detail
- Able to lift/move up to 60 lbs. regularly and lift/move up to 70 lbs. occasionally
