CALL FOR APPLICATIONS: ASSISTANT PROFESSOR OF BIOLOGY
Allen University is seeking applicants to fill a full-time position at the rank of assistant professor beginning August 2024. Responsibilities include teaching first year and upper division courses relevant to the applicant’s field of research. Candidates with a strong background in biology are particularly encouraged to apply. The position also requires advising students and service on university committees.
Minimum Qualifications: Applicants should have completed a PhD in Biology by August 1, 2024. The normal teaching load is 5/5, so applicants must have a strong commitment to teaching at the undergraduate level. Compensation is competitive and commensurate with the experience of the applicant.
