```Job Summary:```
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with patients to help them regain independence and improve their quality of life. You will assess patients' needs, develop treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions to promote physical and mental well-being.
```Duties:```
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' goals and needs
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients' motor skills, coordination, and sensory integration
- Teach patients adaptive techniques and strategies to enhance their daily functioning
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care for patients
- Monitor and document patients' progress throughout the treatment process
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding therapy goals and strategies
```Requirements:```
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Valid state license or certification as an Occupational Therapist
- Experience in speech therapy, occupational health, or critical care is preferred
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Experience with pediatric occupational therapy is a plus
- Prior experience in case management is beneficial
