Energuy is seeking Top Notch A Players to add to our growing team of Energy Professionals.
Our Veteran HERS Raters mostly all started without any knowledge of the industry, but they are now experts in their field and key team players who carry out courteous, prompt and ethical HERS Ratings while continuing to pursue additional licenses and certifications.

You will start by learning each department from the ground up. You’ll earn several certifications and be provided with close guidance and mentorship throughout a 6 month period. The more areas of our business you master, the higher your earning ability will be.
Summary of Responsibilities:
- Perform on-site inspections of residential buildings to assess energy efficiency and ensure compliance with Title 24 energy codes.
- Conduct diagnostic tests, including blower door tests and duct leakage tests, to evaluate building performance.
- Provide detailed documentation and reports on inspection findings, including potential energy efficiency upgrades.
- Communicate inspection results and recommend energy-saving measures to contractors and homeowners.
- Stay updated on California energy codes, standards, and best practices in energy efficiency.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain HERS Rater certification.
- Ensure all documentation and reporting meet regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Assist in the development and implementation of energy efficiency programs and initiatives.
- Any other responsibilities as assigned to uphold Energuy's core values and vision.
Learning/Training Milestone:
- HVAC And Title 24: 90 days of apprenticeship/in field training
- Advanced Title 24: 90-180 days
- Home Energy Score : 120-180 days
- Other licenses and certifications as desired
