General Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for property management companies and investors during the cancellation, transfer, and onboarding processes
- Maintain open lines of communication with internal teams to ensure that all stakeholders are informed of the processes and status of cancellations, transfers, and onboarding
- Coordinate and facilitate cancellation and transfer requests
- Input, update, and maintain accurate investor information in relevant databases
- Maintain clear and organized records of all cancellation and transfer processes
- Ensure cancellation and transfer documentation adheres to company policies and legal requirements
- Submit canceled portfolios to collection agencies as needed
- Facilitate the onboarding experience for new investors
- Ensure required information is collected from investors and verified
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure the smooth integration of new investors into the company's systems and processes
- Assist in the preparation, creation, and distribution of materials for new investors
- Generate and distribute reports
- General administrative duties
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in a customer service or related position
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to multi-task and prioritize effectively
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively
- Excellent organization skills
- Proficient in MicroSoft Office Suite and database upkeep
- Able to problem solve and adapt to changing circumstances
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Familiarity with real estate investment terminology a plus
