Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and ensure efficient office operations. Growth opportunity exists for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents
- Open new client files
- Create and format legal documents
- Distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail
- Reply to emails and take appropriate action
- Assist in all departments as needed
Qualifications:
- Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail a MUST
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowlegde of Timeslips and Time Matters software a plus
