Client Relations Associates lead our team in engagement, discovery, and sales solutions by engaging with community members and employing their problem-solving skills to provide the most knowledgeable customer service.

This Client Relations Associate will play a pivotal role in delivering gold-standard service and support, handling the day-to-day operations of each account and aiding with both internal and external team members. Responsibilities of the Client Relations Associate Position:
- Develop relationships with each client, and maintain them throughout the sales and business development process to grow our client base
- Ensure proper customer satisfaction by following up with confirmations and connections with service professionals
- Consult with new and existing customers on products, pricing, and the finalizing of the sales process, if necessary
- Aid in the development of marketing campaigns through assessing sales opportunities in the field, building direct demographic knowledge, and collaborating with client executives
- Attend training sessions and meetings with other Client Relations Associates and members of management to build an understanding of client protocols, goals, market preferences, and entry-level expectations
- Maintain spotless record-keeping of each customer using our CRM and sales software
What we look for in our next Client Relations Associate:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required
- A Bachelor’s degree or 1-2 years of experience in a customer service, retail, sales, management, hospitality, marketing, or a client relations role is preferred
- Strong work ethic and dedication to “the customer comes first”
- Impeccable communication skills, both written and verbal
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to take on multiple tasks
- A desire to work with other Client Relations Associates, sales team members, and management in a high-energy and positive team environment

Pay: $42,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
