Position Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Lead the charge by designing and implementing comprehensive behavior intervention plans that inspire progress and achievement.
- Be the guiding light for our students, providing expert support and mentorship to our dedicated team of behavior technicians.
- Dive deep into data analysis, tracking student outcomes and adjusting strategies to ensure every child reaches their full potential.
- Forge strong partnerships with educators, therapists, and families, fostering a culture of collaboration and shared success.
- Champion best practices in behavior analysis, leading by example and inspiring continuous growth and improvement.

Qualifications:

Pay: $55.00 - $65.00 per hour
