We are a fast-paced, professional, legal investigative firm looking for candidates experienced in conducting complex investigative interviews for a full-time investigator position in our Los Angeles County office. We are seeking experienced candidates capable of conducting administrative/employment related investigations, in addition to other types of investigations.
Applicants must have experience in legal practice and/or Human Resources (HR) investigations.
We provide investigation and litigation support services exclusively to attorneys and law firms. We recruit those with strong interpersonal skills, exceptional writing skills, the ability to quickly develop solid relationships with others, the ability to think on their feet, and a passion for their cases.
We are looking for someone experienced in investigative interviews, with the ability to improvise, identify discrepancies, and assess credibility. Some of the job duties will include, but are not limited to: administrative investigations, telephone and in person witness interviews, neighborhood canvassing, locating witnesses and others, surveillance, background and asset research, etc. Field work will be required in all areas of Southern California and additional travel may be required.

Requirements: 7 years of high-level interview experience or human resources or legal practice; Bachelor's degree; strong writing skills; strong interpersonal skills; strong interview skills; professional appearance. Must be willing to travel, and work evenings/weekends when necessary. Must be able to pass background investigation, hold a valid driver’s license, and be eligible to obtain process server’s license.
Rate: $42 to $52 (depending on experience).
