Marketing Specialist
- Proactive Marketing to Medical Community
- Market Beverly Hills Fertility and its physicians to the medical community within related specialties, including OB/GYN, Urology, Oncology, Family Practitioners, and others.
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers to grow the patient base for all physicians.
- Marketing of Lab Capabilities
- Promote the capabilities of our Andrology/Endocrine Lab to the medical community.
- Market the testing services we provide to outside physicians and clinics.
- Business Growth and Patient Base Expansion
- Develop and implement strategies to increase the business and patient base for Beverly Hills Fertility.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for growth within the local and regional medical communities.
- Reporting and Analytics
- Provide weekly and monthly reports that indicate marketing productivity and growth.
- Analyze marketing data to track the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Innovative Marketing Ideas
- Consistently brainstorm and generate new ideas for marketing Beverly Hills Fertility, including website enhancements, marketing materials, and promotional strategies.
- Stay updated on the latest marketing trends and techniques to keep Beverly Hills Fertility competitive.
- Community Marketing Events and Seminars
- Set up and organize community marketing events and seminars to target new patients and referring physicians.
- Plan and coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, promotional activities, and follow-up communications.
- Presentations and Public Speaking
- Facilitate and coordinate presentations at fertility-related events, groups, associations, conferences, meetings, and other relevant forums.
- Represent Beverly Hills Fertility at public events to promote services and capabilities.
- Collaboration and Special Projects
- Collaborate with physicians and the management team on special projects to enhance the clinic’s visibility and reputation.
- Execute tasks and projects as assigned by the Physicians and Management team, ensuring timely and effective completion.
- Website and Digital Marketing
- Oversee the development and maintenance of the Beverly Hills Fertility website to ensure it is informative, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Marketing Material Development
- Create and update marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and newsletters.
- Ensure that all marketing materials are consistent with the clinic's brand and messaging.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in healthcare marketing, preferably within the fertility or medical field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and content creation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare providers and community leaders.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in event planning and public speaking.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position.
- Occasional travel required for events and meetings with referral sources.
- Flexible hours may be necessary to attend evening or weekend events.
