Job Title: Concrete Superintendent
Job Overview:
2000 Concrete, LLC is seeking a dedicated Concrete Superintendent to join our team. The concrete superintendent is 2000 Concrete’s designated representative who oversees part or all of a jobsite for the duration of a project.

2000 Concrete LLC is a full service concrete construction company founded in 1995 that specializes in turnkey reinforced concrete for buildings, parking decks, tunnels, box culverts and heavy civil structures. Our focus is on multifamily, commercial and industrial work in the southeastern United States, with emphasis on multi-level, post-tensioned concrete structures.
Responsibilities:
- Familiarize all aspects of the job and the plans. Fully understand the scope of work
- Meet with General Contractor Superintendent if necessary to discuss any issue with schedule, changes, safety, protection, or quality
- Meet Foreman onsite to discuss schedule and find out what labor is needed, and review orders for Concrete, Material, Equipment and Rentals
- Keep daily logs and necessary superintendent reports
- Continually communicate well with builders, contractors and vendors
- Schedule pump and Concrete for pours
- Make sure crews have all the tools they need to complete the job
- Assist the crews on the job each day
- Hold weekly meetings and safety training
- Communicate with the Engineer and Project Manager for RFIs, Change Orders, or issues
- Review job site for cleanliness and assist safety coordinator with onsite safety requirements and OSHA standards
- Make sure that all employees are using PPE and the site is safe
- Manage Quality Control
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Higher, College degree preferred
- 5 years minimum experience required.
- Extensive experience in Concrete Foundations/Flatwork
- Proficient in understanding, reading and interpreting plans
- Strong communication/organizational/leadership skills
- Ability to remain calm, focused and make the right decision under pressure situations
- OSHA certified
- Procore or Plan-grid experience
- Proficient in Understanding RFI, SKS, Revisions and Update these changes to field crew

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
