Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a welcoming demeanor to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support in a professional office setting.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Process orders and maintain order entry records
- Provide clerical support such as filing, scanning, and photocopying documents
- Assist with general office tasks to ensure smooth operations
Experience:
- Proven experience in a receptionist or customer service role
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling multiple phone lines
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage calendars effectively
- Experience with data entry and order processing
- Knowledge of dental office procedures is a plus
- Familiarity with clerical duties such as typing and filing
