Directs hospital activities concerned with financial administration, general accounting, statistical reporting, and patient business services.
Responsibilities:

Oversee all accounting operations including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and Revenue Recognition.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.

Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.

Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and financial reporting standards.

Develop and implement internal controls and procedures to safeguard company assets.

Manage and mentor accounting staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Coordinate audits and tax filings with external auditors and tax advisors.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and drive operational efficiency.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA designation preferred.

5+ years of progressive experience in accounting and finance roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
