Job Description – Outside Sales Representative (Construction Equipment)
Job Function:
- Gathering data and actively pursuing new prospects and existing clients by using consultative sales methods
- Build & maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve and exceed quota
- Strong prospecting skills through face to face, email, phone, and social media methods
- Extensive cold calling & follow up
- Manage client relationships beyond the sale
- Provide marketing assistance in developing our brand, lead generations and social media programs
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to operate & learn our equipment (will train)
- Microsoft Office skills a plus (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong familiarity with social media is considered a plus
- Sales experience welcomed, but will train (equipment rental experience, or call center/telephone experience, or construction/contractor experience is considered a plus)
- Highly organized and self-motivated with good time management skills
- Willingness to be a student of the game
- Competitive drive to meet and beat all revenue and activity goals

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
