ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Clinic Operations Management: Oversee administrative functions, patient flow, appointments, insurance verification, and clinic finances.
- Patient Care Coordination: Schedule, greet, check in patients, assess needs, manage paperwork, and facilitate communication with clinicians.
- Insurance and Billing Management: Verify insurance, handle billing inquiries, obtain pre-authorizations, manage claims, and ensure compliance with insurance regulations.
- Clinician Support: Support staff onboarding, manage schedules, assist with audits, and ensure adherence to compliance standards.
