Gregg Young Automotive Group is searching for technicians (minimum of one year experience with Chrysler Certifications required) to become a member on our Fixed Operations TEAM with a 5-day work week schedule with Saturdays off as a Chrysler Certified Technician at our dealership in Plattsmouth, NE.
Technician Responsibilities:
- Chrysler Certified required
- (minimum of one year experience with Chrysler certifications)
- education, certification, and advancement opportunities supported by the dealership
- accurately & efficiently assess & diagnose customer concerns
- ensure all components & systems are working properly to isolate the cause of the problem
- perform the service work & repairs in accordance with the repair order & the dealership / manufacturer standards
- establish working relationships with our quality, professionally trained service advisors to provide the best service experience and secure future customer retention & referrals
- service managers empower technicians to execute their job responsibilities as the advisors and parts dept. work to make the job more efficient, more effective & more rewarding
- income security of a busy shop, opportunity to learn, grow, and advance encouraged

- operate independently as rapidly as possible to repair / service the concern & get to the next job with the support of the service manager and service advisors
Chrysler Certified Technician employment package:
