General Information:
The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for implementing all HR functions at new facilities, new HR processes at existing facilities and overseeing recruitment efforts company-wide for professional staff and assisting the Director of Human Resources. This position will require frequent travel.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
· Recruits, interviews, and trains new HR staff in the management of the facility.
· Recruits, interviews, and hires new staff when opening new facilities.
· Provides constructive advice on HR matters to supervisors.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Implements HR systems and processes for new facilities including compliance standards for hiring.
· Leads the recruitment process for professional staff by establishing relationships with outside agencies, including but not limited to higher education institutions.
· Conduct compensation studies to present to management to be competitive in recruitment of quality employees.
· Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
· Track and report on open positions.
· Follow all Policies and Procedure of Wayne Halfway House, Inc.
· Demonstrate cultural knowledge, awareness, and sensitivity.
· Perform any other job-related duties pertaining to the Human Resource Department of Wayne Halfway House, Inc.

Education and Experience
· A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
· Bachelor’s degree in business or HR field is preferred.
· At least 1 year in human resources is preferred.
NO FELONY CONVICTIONS. Must pass a drug screen and background check and maintain eligibility for continued employment.

Pay: From $56,000.00 per year
