**Responsibilities:**
- Administer employee benefits programs including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans
- Coordinate open enrollment activities and communicate benefit information to employees
- Process benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations
- Assist with benefits-related inquiries and issue resolution
- Collaborate with HR team on benefits-related projects and initiatives
- Maintain accurate records of benefits data and transaction
**Skills:**
- Experience in benefits administration
- Knowledge of HR systems such as Ceridian, Paycom, ADP, or Kronos
- Understanding of FMLA regulations
- Ability to assist with recruiting, payroll, and training development
