Summary:
The Program Manager, Marketing Operations will be responsible for the workflow and trafficking of projects across the Marketing Department. Responsible for the stewardship of the time of our marketing team, this role will collaborate with marketing leaders to design and maintain processes to evaluate the strategic value of incoming projects, assign out projects with a strong business case, and assist in adjusting schedules due to shifting business priorities.
Responsibilities:
Stays up-to-date on our organizational and marketing strategy
Effectively aligns resources to the most important strategic objectives
Collaborates with partners across the marketing department to design mutually beneficial processes that encourage efficiency and transparency
Administrates the project management suite including the building of workflows and templates
Establish, communicate, and regulate realistic SLAs with partners for recurring requests
Reviews incoming requests to ensure all necessary details are provided prior to assigning to the team
Monitor the demand for resources and adjust timelines and assignments accordingly
Train new team members about the marketing project management process
How You’ll Be Successful:
WORK EXPERIENCE
At least 8 years' Experience in project management Required
Experience working in a highly collaborative environment where teams and self-motivation are critical to success Required
Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technologies as well as plan and execute on deliverables with minimal supervision Required
EDUCATION
Four-year bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Marketing, Communications or related field Required
Graduate or professional work or advanced degree; or equivalent experience Preferred
LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS
Certified Project Manager Preferred
