Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented Corporate Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier talent to meet our company's staffing needs.
Duties:
- Utilize various recruitment methods (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.) to attract candidates
- Conduct pre-screen interviews and assess candidates' qualifications
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from posting jobs to extending offers
- Maintain candidate databases and ensure all recruitment activities are well-documented
- Implement strategies for campus recruitment and employee referral programs
- Stay up-to-date on employment labor laws and regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Corporate Recruiter or similar role
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases
- Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Experience in utilizing tools like ADP, iCIMS, or similar HR software
- Knowledge of training development processes is a plus
- Understanding of employee relations and workforce planning
- Proficiency in lead generation, interviewing techniques, and social media management
