**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Document Management:** Prepare, manage, and file documents and reports, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
2. **Communication:** Handle incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and manage email correspondence.
3. **Data Entry:** Input data into databases and maintain accurate records. Ensure the confidentiality and security of all information.
4. **Scheduling:** Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff.
5. **Office Supplies:** Monitor inventory of office supplies and place orders as necessary.
6. **Support Services:** Provide support to staff in project management and the preparation of presentations.
7. **Mail Handling:** Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail (enveloping, stamping, and sending).
