Appearance and hygiene should be a top priority prior to your shift.
- We do a lot of food. Intimate knowledge of our menu and means of production is required.
- The ability to multitask is paramount.

You must know when it is time to hustle and when you can give your customers an extra listening ear.
- Respect is always the key (to and from you). We are high volume, and we have fun. You should be attentive to whether the guests are too.
