Job Title: Experienced Client Service Representative
We are currently seeking to add an experienced Client Service Representative (CSR) to our team. A strong, organized CSR is essential to our firm's ability to keep our clients happy, our advisors efficient, and allows our firm to continue to grow. We are constantly accepting new clients, and add on average one new advisor to our firm each year. A CSR is assigned to support 1-3 advisors and is the dedicated point of contact for that advisor's clients.
A seasoned CSR preps for a range of 8-24 meetings per week and handles all action items that result from each meeting – trades, transfers, online access/troubleshooting, address updates, money movement, referrals to in-house business partners, and myriad other tasks. In addition to meetings on the calendar, clients call and email each day, asking for assistance. All calls and emails are returned the same day they are received.
Each new hire must be able to travel to our Scottsdale headquarters at least once a month for our team meetings. This position would be full-time, based in our Scottsdale location.
Duties include, but not limited to:
- Perform all cashiering and customer service functions for a range of 300-600 dedicated client households
- Placing trades in client's accounts
- Prepare and process account service paperwork and applications
- Run reports and prepare documents necessary for quarterly client portfolio reviews
- Maintain files, both electronic and physical
- Take detailed notes in CRM (Redtail) on all processes and client interactions
- Follow all standard operating procedures to ensure steps of service are being met, as well as maintaining compliance standards
- Work behind the scenes with our in-house partners to alleviate the demands on our mutual clients; pull account statements, tax documents, ownership/beneficiary change paperwork, etc.
- Assist with other office functions such as mailings, call campaigns, answering phones, greeting clients, filing, maintaining break areas, ordering supplies, and all other duties as assigned

- Minimum 5 years of recent experience in an advisory or brokerage firm
- Knowledge of trading
- Exceptional client service and hospitality skills
- Ability to multitask and skillfully manage a fluctuating workload
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
Candidate with the following preferred:
- Series 7 or 6, Series 63 or 65
- Redtail CRM, Albridge and/or Pershing experience
- Notary
- Working knowledge of insurance, annuities, TPMM, PCRAs, QRPs, pensions
- Working knowledge of the custodian Pershing, LLC
Compensation and Benefits:
- Full-time, salaried position; salary depends on experience and licensing
